Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy in which the body is viewed as an integrated whole. A deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and the individual is used to form an osteopathic treatment.

The appointment involves a health history, assessment and hands on treatment using many osteopathic techniques to remove patterns of strain held in the body.

Osteopathic manual therapy may be a useful supplement as part of an individuals care as the goal is to help restore balance in the body to allow the body to function more efficiently.
